Engineered multiplayer VR playground published on the Meta Store with 15,000+ downloads across 39 countries.
Released 64 updates and 20+ features including AI pathfinding agents, waypoint finders, unique locomotion system, real-time network synchronization, cloud-hosted player accounts, voice chat.
Monetized platform with an in-game currency shop and integrated payment system; generated revenue from hundreds of players.
Utilized data analytics to improve player experience: tracked retention after new features, analyzed purchase breakdowns, studied demographics to guide marketing and customer insights.
Resolved critical multiplayer sync bug after intensive debugging; preserved community trust by communicating transparently with players and incentivizing retention.
Instituted Git/GitHub version control practices, release checklists, and beta-testing protocols; implemented coding standards and systematic refactoring to minimize technical debt and ensure long-term stability.
Led development and operations: coded core systems, created graphics, managed marketing, and recruited and coordinated 3 creative collaborators.
Utilized advanced tools: Unity, C#, PhysX, Photon Multiplayer, PlayFab, Git/GitHub, Meta SDK; custom 3D assets in ProBuilder/Blender.
