Developed civic-tech prototype with 4 teammates, designing a platform to turn citizen ideas into draft legislation.
Built system logic to map clear inputs (citizen submissions), structured processing (categorization/flow), and usable outputs (legislative presentation).
Iterated from a clumsy initial version into a demo-ready prototype through rapid testing and peer critique.
Balanced technical build with cross-team collaboration, mediating differing priorities to keep the project on track.
Delivered core framing in the presentation — explaining why the legislative process is broken (“Life Cycle of Legislation”), defining the ideal customer profile, and presenting SWOT strengths & weaknesses to establish credibility and impact.
Honors: Pitched live to peers and faculty; awarded Best Presentation (1st of 10 teams).
Experience laid the foundation for QuickLMS, extending prototype lessons from civic-tech into broader edtech system design.
