Created an interactive learning environment benefiting 500+ students annually through durable, weather-resistant designs.
Mobilized 20+ volunteers contributing combined 240+ hours; delegated tasks and coordinated teams across two workdays.
Raised $741, negotiated discounts, and stretched resources to deliver a high-impact project at low cost.
Managed all logistics, approvals, safety planning, and on-site leadership.
FlagPost (Troop Flag Fundraiser | Initiative | 2024)
Identified inefficiencies in troop’s neighborhood flag service fundraiser (sign-ups, renewals, route assignments, payment tracking).
Drafted and presented a SaaS tool concept (“FlagPost”) to automate flag fundraising logistics; troop leadership expressed interest during Eagle Board of Review.
Plan to revisit in college after gaining more advanced coding skills as a way to continue serving and giving back to scouts and community.
